Delivery & Returns

Luxor Fragrances is delighted to offer worldwide postage.

All items posted to mainland UK are done so free of charge. We aim to deliver all orders within five working days. Although most items ordered should be in immediate stock, please note that we are sometimes required to blend your fragrances as we receive the order, which is why delivery might sometimes take the full five working day period. Samples are posted via regular Royal Mail 1st Class and 50ml bottles are posted via Royal Mail First Class Recorded, with a tracking number emailed to you upon dispatch.

Standard international delivery is offered at the attractive fixed rate of £10 via Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service. International delivery is FREE for all orders totalling £120 or more. Delivery aims to be within 14 working days, although this has been known to take longer outside Europe. You will be supplied with your tracking number in the email we send to confirm dispatch.

Import/customs tax, naturally, is the responsibility of the international customer. We cannot be held liable for this possible expense and we wholeheartedly advise online research ahead of ordering, should you be unsure if an incoming parcel from the UK would be subject to tax.

We politely decline returns and refunds due to the nature of our products. Please take advantage of our affordable sample options if you are unsure about a particular fragrance. The only instance in which refunds are granted is if goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Should you wish to part with a purchased fragrance, we suggest selling or trading it online where you will find many communities which might help you out.
